How to choose your hike?

Easy :

Less than 3 hours. Suitable for children, ideal for walking with family.

Medium :

About 4 hours walking. Addressed to regular hikers

Difficult :

5 hours and more walking.For experienced hikers and sportsmen-women.

These times are only an indication. They may vary with each individual and weather

Tips / advices

Have good light shoes like "Pataugas" "Trail"
Bring spare clothes in a plastic bag
Plan protection against sun and rain (rain clothe / hat /sunglasses...)
Take a minimum of 2 liters of water per person
Do not go if you haven't eaten anything before you hike
Be in good health

Supervision / Safety

You will be supervised by a qualified professional with:
- French Sport Instructor (Brevet d'Etat d'Educateur Sporti)f
- French Sport Instructor specialized in mountaineering (alpinist)Brevet d'Etat d'Alpinisme Accompagnateur en Montagne
- Tropical speciality(option tropicale)
- First aid emergency rescuer(AFPS: secourisme)
